Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process

How Long We Retain Personal Data

STS Automatisering retains your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following categories of personal data:

Contact details: We keep them as long as you are a customer with us and for up to 2 years after the termination of the customer relationship.

Invoice data: We retain them for 7 years, in accordance with the legal retention obligation.

Marketing data: We keep them until you indicate that you no longer wish to receive marketing messages.

Job application data: We retain them for up to 4 weeks after the end of the application process unless you give permission to keep them longer (up to a maximum of 1 year).
After the retention periods have expired, your data will be deleted or anonymized unless we are legally obligated to retain certain data for a longer period.

Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

STS Automatisering only shares personal data with third parties when necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by STS Automatisering and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@sts-automatisering.nl .
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and National Insurance Number (NI number).. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
